Melanie Bowerman graduated from UCLA where she studied fine art and anthropology. While in school she worked as a wilderness guide with UCLA's Outdoor Adventures. She joined CNI in 2008 as a Nature Walk Leader to continue teaching and sharing her love of nature with her students.
