Join The Children's Nature Institute for our dynamic, exploratory and fun ToT Workshops for children 2-4 years old and their parents!

These dynamic, exploratory and fun classes are designed for the very young. Children are naturally drawn to all of the wonderful things in nature: leaves, sticks, rocks, dirt, mud, ants, butterflies, birds, animal homes, seeds, flowers, shadows, wind, rain, clouds, the sun, lizards, and more...Our 2 hour workshops nurture and expand upon this innate curiosity.

Developmentally, the workshops also provide an opportunity for children to develop early socialization skills with their peers, bond with their parents in beautiful, peaceful settings and get some exercise! Early language and math skills are also cultivated with each of our monthly science lesson plans created exclusively for these classes.

Each CNI Environmental Educator brings his or her own unique talents to the trail – some of us with gardening expertise, musical talents or degrees in Zoology…And all of us with experience in Early Childhood Education.  It’s the perfect recipe for full-circle learning!
